What are the differences between sandbox and production environments?
Just one: the sandbox environment is exclusively for testing and does not allow real operations. Therefore, there is no risk of generating transactions. For the rest, the benefits, operations and operation is the same in both environments.
Can I accept different currencies in my payment form?
Although we can operate in different currencies, the payment form only allows payment in the currency established in the payment order. That value and currency cannot be changed once the payment order has been issued.
Does MYMOID store and transfer the money in an online payment?
No, we never request, store or send money, we only operate in the payment management. Since we are not a bank or electronic money entity, we never touch the result of the payment.
How many gateways can I have?
Actually, as many as you want, although it is normal to operate with only one that resolves all the operations, or even two as a backup.
Where are the cards stored?
Cards processed by our payment form (to make a payment or validate a card) are securely stored in our PCI-DSS environment. And when tokenized, it allows the merchant to re-link them to a recurring payment.
