The MOTO Payment app will allow you to create payment orders and send them via PayLink. Below we will describe all the functions of the service.

1. Access and Login

The access URL will be provided by your salesperson, both for the trial sandbox environment as well as the service production provision.

To access MOTO Payment, you must enter the access and configuration credentials of your motoPOS which you received in the registration e-mail. This will associate the app with the POS service provided by our Payment Entity (MGP).

2. Browsing

Once you have accessed it, through the upper navigation bar you can generate payment orders or consult those which have already been created, in order to re-send them.

3. Generating Payment Orders

To generate a payment order, you must simply complete the form with the following details:

  • Reference
  • Concept
  • Amount

The reference and concept are illustrative values. Consult your company's policy to know what you must include in each case. Remember that these values will be visible by the party receiving the payment. This ensures that they can identify you so that this creates the trust needed to complete the payment normally. To create the payment order, click on the button “Create”.

Important: Remember that to complete the amount, the use of the symbols “,” and “.”  is not permitted. To introduce the amount correctly, you must take into account that the last two digits will always be considered as cents in the operation. As such, in order to introduce €1, you must complete the chain with “100”.

4. Managing and Sending Payment Orders

The generated payment order shows the following values:

  • Code. Internal reference for the operation.
  • Reference. Visible for the receiving party, they help to identify the payment order.
